We share the event attendees’ personal data with the hotel to facilitate the organization of the event and enable faster registration of arrivals at the hotel, and post pictures of the event attendees on social media, subject to their consent.

If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. It does not affect the admissibility of data processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.
